About Dictionary of Financial Remedies

The Dictionary of Financial Remedies is a unique reference guide to the key concepts, cases and practice of financial remedies.

This 2017 edition has been thoroughly reviewed, the tables updated and dozens of key cases from the last twelve months referenced and their impact explained. New entries Interest on Arrears, Civil Restraint Orders & Arbitration ensure that the book keeps pace with the latest issues in financial remedies.

Presented in a unique A-Z format, with cross-references where required, each entry sets out the essential law, key cases and invaluable practice points for that topic so you can quickly refresh your knowledge of the subject with the minimum of fuss.

The book distils the combined experience of the Editors, His Honour Judge Edward Hess, Peter Duckworth and Sally Max, whose aim is to provide a concise, practical handbook that focuses on the most important issues and practice points, covering everything from agreements to variation of settlements.

All this packed into a portable A4 book, updated annually, which makes the Dictionary of Financial Remedies the perfect court companion or trusted library reference.

Who would find this book useful?
