Problems updating your orders library in Quantum?

If you are having problems updating your library of template orders from within Quantum it is probably because the firewall(s) on your computer is blocking it.
If it is the Windows Firewall, then you just need to register the site where Quantum
stores the template orders as a safe site – see the instructions attached here
However if your virus checker has taken control of all firewalls you will need to register the site where Quantum stores the template orders as a safe site within your virus checker. Please contact your virus checking vendor for instructions on how to accomplish this.
